THE EXPERIENCE OF LIVING YOUR DESIGN: Ra Uru Hu

The Human Design system is not a belief system. It does not require you to believe in anything that is said here. It does not require you to believe in me. These are not stories. It is not a philosophy. It is a concrete map of the nature of your being. It is a logical way in which human beings can see ourselves. Understanding the simple truths that human mechanics highlight is enough to make a huge difference in the life of any individual.
The irony of being human is that we are stuck on the surface of understanding the mechanics of life, and consequently accepting our own mammalian nature and the nature of the cosmos around us. The reality is that we are stuck on the surface of that understanding.

No matter how intelligent one is. No matter what labels we want to place on that intelligence; It doesn't matter whether we call it "enlightenment" or "brilliant." The truth is that there is a great deal of fundamental ignorance about how our own physical body works, and how it self-regulates with consciousness.

The Human Design System offers you a graphic and mechanical picture of how your entire genetic code works. Now, with the knowledge of the Human Design System, all the mechanisms embedded in your genetic code can be analyzed in detail by any experienced analyst. However, just knowing how the basic mechanisms work will give you the experimental basis necessary to immediately perceive a difference in your own personal experience of life.

These essential truths of Human Design are simple because they are mechanical. Our genes operate mechanically (biologically) and when we, through our personality, try to interfere with these biological processes, we easily fall into psychic networks of confusion, chaos and emotional pain.
Human beings are passengers in our physical body. We are the possibility of a very sophisticated consciousness experiencing all the poles of duality contained in the becoming of life. Buddha taught us that the body is not ours, that it does not belong to us, but we belong to it because it is the indispensable vehicle to support our life process.

However, at the same time, we are totally dependent on our body. Life itself has made us totally dependent on our vehicles. Thus, learning to recognize the natural laws of our own particular body – and to operate with due respect for its innate nature – brings immediate benefits to both our psychic and physical health.

A complete learning of all that your design can give of itself requires a seven-year process of gradual conditioning, which will help you unlearn and break the identification with the patterns imposed by conditioning. Approximately seven years is the time necessary for practically all the cells in our body to be renewed. The life of human beings is divided into seven-year cycles.

The moment you begin to live with respect for the mechanical laws of your own innate nature, the moment you allow your body to unfold the life it contains without any resistance, this is also the moment when you begin a profound process of de-conditioning that, seven years later, will lead to a profound awareness of self-realization: your own and true Self.
One of the greatest ironies of our life is that human beings never get to truly live what would be their own life. The crystallization in the mind of the conditioning forces (mentalities) simply does not allow it, among other things due to its inability to identify the differentiation of a newborn individual, and it is due to this existential joke that existence holds for all members of our species – the smarter, the worse – that life seems to be a difficult experience for us to navigate.
Now we know that we must work hard to live as ourselves, and not end up disfigured by cultural elements.
We also know that it is very easy to tell someone to be themselves, but first we must know who and what we are talking about.
Human beings do not like themselves because they do not really know who they are or how to come to know it. They have never experienced the experience of being genuinely themselves, nor do they know the beauty that would surround their lives if they lived it with the natural and correct motivation for them.
The time has come to realize that this planet does not have to be, as the mystics have always said, the 'planet of suffering', but that it also contains every opportunity for a glorious awakening, a life of value and individual purpose.

The Human Design is not about any kind of guarantees or promises of enlightenment. It is not about telling anyone that if they live their own nature, alesh
